Handwoven sky blue ceramic basketweave bowl. Designed to display, these glazed bowls are the ultimate sideboard show-off.

The kitchen counter fruit bowl to end all fruit bowls or the table centrepiece of dreams. Fill with fruit, serve breakfast pastries at brunch or simply place on a shelf or hallway table to enjoy.

This piece is handwoven in Portugal using strips of clay by a highly skilled clay weaver. This time-honoured basketry technique is very rare and makers are hard to find. The final glazed result is a real showstopper.

These products are completely handmade and therefore every piece is completely unique and may vary slightly in size or appearance.

This very old basketry technique is very rare and hard to find, so we are lucky to have found her.

Portugal remains one of the best places in the world to get handmade ceramic pieces made, and the country has a long tradition of beautiful ceramics.

Please note that plants should be removed to be watered as the sides of the basket are not watertight.

Dust with a duster or remove any dirt with a damp cloth and water.

Glazed ceramic is a fairly durable surface but the baskets themselves are fragile so handle with care.

Returns are available within 14 days. We hope that you love every order made from us, but if you want to return something, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@theroost.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be returned in the original packaging.
Unfortunately bespoke items cannot be refunded unless the items arrives faulty. You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
