Each item is handmade and hand-painted with every piece of bone being stuck on to the wood base by a skilled artisan. Therefore there will be irregularities with each piece adding to its uniqueness and individuality.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery time: < 1 week
If you wish to return an item for some reason, please notify us as soon as possible at returns@theroost.com within 14 days of receiving the item. All items must be returned in their original condition. You will be responsible for the arrangement and
cost of return shipping and delivery with the exception of damaged items. We strongly advise using a tracked postage service with insurance.
