You may return any unused goods in their original packaging within 28 days of the date of delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to take care of the product and ensure they are returned properly. Customer is required to cover the cost of return and we'd recommend getting a tracking number to ensure it is returned safely.

Returning larger items like Ian Snow's furniture - will incur at least a 60 GBP delivery cost charge per item, depending on the weight. Please get in touch with returns@theroost.com for more details or to start this process.
