Our standard delivery usually takes 3-5 working days. We do offer various Express delivery options, these are listed at Checkout.
Returns: Whilst we want you to love every Casa By JJ piece as much as we do, we understand that sometimes things just aren't quite right. So it's OK if you change your mind - you can return any item up to ninety days from the date of delivery. Each item you return needs to be unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. Please email returns@theroost.com stating your order number and the items you would like to return. We will get back to you as soon as we can with instructions on how to return your item(s). Once your return has been received and processed, you’ll be sent a confirmation email to let you know. Please note that we do not offer an exchange service.

Yes, we offer 1:1 consultations with interior designers. Head to our Design Services page to find out more information. For reference, we offer both Design and Colour consultations depending on your needs.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we can ship most items worldwide. If you add an item to checkout and shipping costs don't automatically apply, feel free to reach out to hello@theroost.com to receive a shipping quote.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

What do I do if I need to return a product?

Most of our products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If your product is made to order, we cannot accept any returns. Make sure to check the 'Delivery & Returns' section on each product page for more information.
