Yes, this is The Roost's special feature for customers. On The Roost, you can visualise items before you buy them with our Visualiser Tool. You can 'try before you buy' at an accurate scale, so you'll know whether an item fits next to another. Test paints and wallpaper, a gallery wall, or how a rug looks underneath a sofa.

Yes, we offer 1:1 consultations with interior designers. Head to our Design Services page to find out more information. For reference, we offer both Design and Colour consultations depending on your needs.

Yes, we can ship most items worldwide. If you add an item to checkout and shipping costs don't automatically apply, feel free to reach out to hello@theroost.com to receive a shipping quote.

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

Most of our products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If your product is made to order, we cannot accept any returns. Make sure to check the 'Delivery & Returns' section on each product page for more information.
