Returns: If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day returns policy. All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please allow up to 7 working days for all returns to be processed from the date our warehouse receives your return.
All UK returns are charged at £4.95, which is deducted from the refund total. Bedstools and our 'Giant' Beanbags must be returned by the customer.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

What do I do if I need to return a product?
