We get to know our farmers and their flocks which means all the wool we use is 100% traceable, back to the farm-gate. It also helps to ensure the farmers are paid a fair price for their superior wool. Our natural wool is biodegradable, breaking down quickly without damaging the environment.

A little care and attention will keep your Floks mattress protector feeling as good as new for a long, long time. Simply hang it outside on a sunny day and the rays will help to revitalise the wool, restoring its antimicrobial properties.

If your mattress protector requires a deeper clean, take it to a dry cleaners.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery time: < 1 week

Wool bedding can take a few days to get used to. It can be heavier than down for example, but trust us, if you stick with it we think you will never want to move away from natural fibre and love it as much as we do! However, if it’s not for you and you are not totally happy, we will take it back, no questions asked! A full refund will be given if it’s returned within the 30 days of date of purchase. Just drop us an email to returns@theroost.com and we will arrange this for you.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we can ship most items worldwide. If you add an item to checkout and shipping costs don't automatically apply, feel free to reach out to hello@theroost.com to receive a shipping quote.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

What do I do if I need to return a product?

Most of our products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If your product is made to order, we cannot accept any returns. Make sure to check the 'Delivery & Returns' section on each product page for more information.
