If you would like to place a return, please notify the team with your name, order number and order details at hello@theroost.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will provide a returns address for you to send the package to. Please send the package within a week of receiving the return confirmation and address. Return costs are to be paid by the customer.

 Find below conditions to be eligible for a refund:

• The returned item(s) must be unused and in original packaging.
• The item(s) must be carefully packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
• If you have proof of postage, please retain it until we have received the item(s) back.

If the conditions above are not met and the item is damaged or has been used, you will not be eligible for a refund.

• Last date for orders to be delivered before Christmas: Monday 22nd December (via our shipping partner DPD Local)
• All orders placed between Dec 24th until January 8th will be fulfilled from the 8th of January onwards.
