Delivery & Returns

Delivery time: < 14 weeks
Returns are available within 14 days. We hope that you love every order made from us, but if you want to return something, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@theroost.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be returned in the original packaging.
Unfortunately bespoke items cannot be refunded unless the items arrives faulty. You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Some pieces are made by artisans and family businesses. Some are made by Late Afternoon in partnership with them. All are made with natural materials like wool, linen, clay and cotton.
