Our Twisted Wooden Table Lamp was designed by Birdie in North Norfolk and inspired by Barley twist furniture. Hand carved by our artisans in Saharanpur, India, this classic lamp is now part of our Signature Collection.

The gentle shape is easy to style and slim size means it is ideally suited as a bedside lamp.
Versatile and available in several shades we like to pair this carved lamp with our Seema Raffia lampshades for a delicate and charming look.
For a more contemporary feel try styling this lamp base with our Scalloped Finestra Shade.
Our lamps are fitted with a three-pin, earthed UK plug, designed for use in UK sockets only. If you are ordering from the US, Europe, or other regions, you will need to purchase a compatible adapter or have the plug rewired by a qualified electrician at your own expense.

Delivery & Returns

Orders will be dispatched within 7 working days and are sent either with DHL or a similar courier company.

You have a right to return your order for any Birdie Fortescue item purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within 28 days. However, you must take reasonable care of the item/s. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address.

Sale items are returnable within 14 days after receipt in return for a full refund. Sale items returned within 14-28 days after receipt will be exchanged for a credit note.

Birdie Fortescue started her interiors journey in London in the late 80s. Having worked throughout the UK and USA for Colefax & Fowler, Birdie went on to gain an international reputation as an antique dealer specialising in continental furniture.
