If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us at returns@theroost.com within 7 days of the arrival of your Wondering People piece and we will do our best to resolve the matter. Please note, we only accept returns if the item(s) arrives damaged. In this case, the item will need to be returned using a tracked and signed for service within the next 7 working days of contacting us regarding the return.
