• Paint: You can return unopened and unused items within 21 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot refund items that have been opened or used.

1. Lampshade: You can return within 14 days of receipt as long as they are in the original packing and are undamaged. We will arrange a full refund once we have received the items. To request a refund or cancellation, please be sure to notify us as at hello@theroost.com as soon as possible.
