Product Care & Composition

Your planter will naturally tarnish with time and develop a beautiful patina. You can maintain its appearance with regular cleaning and occasional polishing. Wipe down with a soft cloth after each use to remove dust and soap residue. For a deeper clean, use a mild brass cleaner or a mixture of vinegar and water. If you want to restore the shine use a commercial brass polish.

About Kalinko

Kalinko is an impact-led homeware brand from Burma. Its founder Sophie Garnier moved to Burma in 2015 and launched Kalinko to connect Burma’s skilled artisans to those seeking beautiful, lovingly handcrafted homeware. Few of their makers have access to international markets and most struggle to sell their products locally. The brand is closing the gap between average income and the real living wage for these craftspeople. The collection ranges from recycled hand-blown glassware to rattan accessories, reclaimed teak furniture and hand-woven cushion covers. Combining time-honoured craft with contemporary design, Kalinko’s accessories and furniture are your next favourite homeware find.
