Please return it to us within 28 days of receipt in an unused condition. Please take care to wrap it carefully so that it is not damaged in transit. We will not be able to process refunds for returns which have been damaged.

On the bottom of your delivery note you will find a returns slip. Please fill this out and enclose it in the box or package you are returning. Once this is complete you may then take the box to the post office and pay the required returns amount.

Its founder Sophie Garnier moved to Burma in 2015 and launched Kalinko to connect Burma’s skilled artisans to those seeking beautiful, lovingly handcrafted homeware.
