Delivery: For this item, you will be charged £0 at checkout. Our fulfilment team will then get in contact to organise your delivery for a separate fee. As the shipping price changes each day for different areas in the UK, we decided this is the easiest option to ensure you receive your item as quickly, cheaply and as safely as possible. Delivery can take between 1-3 weeks depending on your area, and how long it takes for payment to be made direct to the courier. Typically, we aim to ship this product within 1-5 days after the order is placed. The driver will be in contact with details, they are a one-man delivery service so help may be needed unloading. 

Returns: If you were to purchase this product, you have 14 days to raise a return. You will need to package your order securely using the packaging the item was sent in. Some of our products are fragile so take care with shipping them back to us. We do not offer free returns for this item; you are expected to pay for this. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility if a product gets damaged on its way back to us. We recommend you making sure your courier will insure the package on its return.
