Delivery & Returns

Please send us a picture of the paint unopened and in its original packaging to returns@theroost.com. We just need this to confirm with the courier so it doesn't cause any mess on its way back!
There is a £5.50 charge per return which is automatically deducted from your final refund. This charge covers the cost of the return courier and re-stock. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Samples are non-refundable.
