The Art Of Making
The Campbell Collection's quilts are made by the wonderful craftswomen of sanganer. Unskilled and uneducated, these ladies were employed by the Campbell Collection's manufacturing partners, craft boat, and were initially tasked with simple jobs such as packing. Hungry for more, they soon threw themselves into learning the art of needlework when the opportunity arose.
Trained under the masterful eye of pattern master Lalkishar Ji, a team of four women work in pairs to produce one quilt at a time.
